Upon successful purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to operate the software strictly in accordance with your chosen tier (Monthly, Lifetime, or Source Code).

• Monthly / Lifetime License: Grants access to pre-compiled binaries, updates, and associated API endpoints for designated license keys.
• Source Code License: Grants internal private access to inspect, compile, and customize software modules for proprietary infrastructure. Redistribution or public resale of raw source code is strictly prohibited.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction. You agree to use Username Sniper solely for lawful administrative, testing, and operational purposes on resources you legitimately own or control. You explicitly agree NOT to:

• Use the software for unauthorized disruption, malicious packet transmission, or harassment.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, crack, or bypass digital license authentication routines.
• Share, resell, lease, or distribute private activation license keys to third parties.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international communications laws.

4. Purchases, Payments & Delivery

All financial transactions on https://usernamesniper.com are processed securely through certified merchant platforms (including SellAuth, Stripe, and cryptocurrency payment gateways).

• Instant Delivery: License keys, dashboard credentials, and build access are delivered immediately upon confirmed payment receipt.
• Digital Products Policy: Due to the immutable cryptographic nature of digital license keys and immediate source code disclosure, all purchases are generally final.
